1. Enrollment and Registration:
a. By enrolling in Maestro Driving School Mill Hill, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
b. Students must meet all eligibility requirements set by local authorities for driver education programs.
2. Payment and Fees:
a. Tuition fees are to be paid in full before the commencement of any driving lessons or courses.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling:
a. Lesson schedules are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
b. Twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.
4. Conduct and Behaviour:
a. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and cooperative manner during all lessons and interactions with instructors.
b. Any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to, disrespect, harassment, or use of substances impairing driving ability, will result in immediate termination from Maestro Driving School Mill Hill in accordance with British law.
5. Safety and Liability:
a. Maestro Driving School Mill Hill is committed to providing a safe learning environment. Students are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by instructors.
b. Maestro Driving School Mill Hill is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after driving lessons, except where liability cannot be excluded under British law.
6. Termination of Services:
a. Maestro Driving School Mill Hill reserves the right to terminate services to any student for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with terms, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
b. Termination does not entitle the student to a refund of any fees paid, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property:
a. All materials provided by Maestro Driving School Mill Hill, including but not limited to instructional content, are the intellectual property of the school and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. Maestro Driving School Mill Hill reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Students will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
